Call Center Agents
A number of applicants inquired about my home-based job posting. I received numerous e-mails that most of them have experience working in a call center.
As for my home-based transcription job opening, there are few points that I notice why they (call center agents or CCAs) like to venture into this new career that is somehow similar in some aspects mainly being an outsourced jobs.

Working as a keyword writer is very challenging. You will be tasked to write on various topics, which may vary from one to another. Most often people who have experience writing their own blog is a big advantage. In this manner, you are freely expressing your thoughts about what you want to write. Well, as for keyword writing, you need not to be too scientific about it similar to journal or books.

Working at home has never been my passion. But now that I’m tied up for more work at home transcription, I think I have to stay with it. At times I’m doing work at home, I tend to feel some fulfillment whenever I got the chance to meet deadlines. Especially now that I’m working with my Transcription Blog Team, I feel grateful for their help.
I’d like to share my new workstation at home here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It’s a nice and stress-free place and I’m starting to like it very much. I’m able to do more transcription work as I wanted to. This is far better than what I have in Jeddah a few years back (see my previous post). Here now in Riyadh, I can be as productive as I can be.

Stress
We live in a busy environment. Being a transcriptionist, just like any individual, nature stress can happen and it contributes to health problems.
Every day, we are prone to stressful activities. Stress usually is one factor that contributes to health problems. Once our body experienced stress, our health is at risk. Thus, our productivity as a transcriptionist suffers.
feeling lazy
You wanted to transcribe, but you feel lazy. You wanted to write articles, but you feel lazy. You wanted to proofread your work, but you feel lazy.
Everyone of us experience in one way another feeling lazy whenever we attempt to start our home based transcription job. It is a problem that most of us associate to being at home – we tend to relax a bit. In spite of our much motivation, we are still feeling lazy.
A reader replied with this texts in my Yahoo Answers post.
“Sometimes you feel lazy, if you have lot of relatives, or small children at home.”
Then he made a follow up, I guess this is his way of motivation to avoid feeling lazy.
“Working at home is actually a benefit in itself. Because you work out of your home this can mean a substantial savings. This savings can consist of day care costs, clothing expenses, traveling expenses, meal expenses, and even time that is taken unpaid. As for benefits themselves, over the past few years many companies are now offering medical benefits, paid time off, pension plans, life insurance, etc. So all in all, being a transcriptionist can be very, very lucrative.”
